There are many advantages of online therapy; it’s convenient, effective and can be done from the comfort of your own home. However, it’s not right for everyone. Online therapy works best for those with mild to moderate symptoms. It is not appropriate if you are actively suicidal or in crisis. If you do not have a private space then you may prefer in person. Some client find that connecting from a comfortable, quiet space can feel very similar to therapy in a traditional office setting.

You may qualify for out of network coverage through your insurance. I can provide a statement called a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for partial reimbursement.
